If you want to change the mode:

• For macOS system: please go to Top left corner Apple icon-->System Preferences-->Displays-->Mirror or Extend Displays

• For Windows system: please press Windows key + P combination command-->choose Duplicate or Extend

• Not compatible with 30" / 27" Apple Cinema Display.

• For Windows 10 laptop, if the device is compatible, but the monitor does not work after connecting the monitor, you can go to Windows Menu--> Settings--> Display--> Advanced Display Settings, set your laptop's resolution same as or lower the resolution of external monitor.

• If it does not work, you can go to the official website of your laptop, update the BIOS and graphics driver, and try again.
