  • • Put the network cable into the stripping port of the cable crimping tool and rotate it two times to pull it out.
  • • Cut off the pvc jacket and aluminum foil so that the wires are prepared as follows.
  • • Trim the tips of the wires with a crimping tool to make tips neat and reserve appropriate length.
  • • Arrange the wires in the order and push the wires into the Cat6 connector to the deepest position.
  • • Note:Your wire's Outside Diameter(OD) including the plastic housing should not exceed 1.0mm to match the wire guide's OD.
  • • Put the wired crystal RJ45 end into the cable clamp for crimping.
  • • Align the chip position and press down.

    Faq

    Do you have to strip the wires first? Or do you just load them and crimp them?

  • The steps are as below:
  • Step1:Cut off the Aluminum foil and make the drain wire prepared Note: You should use the knife(embedded in the crimping tool) to make the tips neat.
  • Step2: Plug the wires into the Cat6 connector (Note that you should array the correct wiring)
  • Step 3: Use the crimping tool to push the connector.
  • Step 4: You need to solder the drain wire with the metal shell of the plug. Or make the drain wire contact with the metal shell of the plug after you push the connector, and then cut off the unnecessary drain wire.
