    Works

I have a 2-port, dual DisplayPort KVM (Tripp-Lite) switch. One of my monitors is a mini-HDMI connection and none of my existing DP to HDMI adapters supported higher than 1080 resolution. I thought it could have been the cables, it was not. This DP to HDMI adapter advertises 4K@60Hz and it achieves it. That's all I needed, and it works.

    Works for 4k60 10bit HDR

Needed to connect an Nvidia RTX3090 to a 4K display (TCL 43S405) to carry 4k60 RGB Full 10bit HDR. Used an HDMI 2.1 cable (overkill but point is to use a high quality HDMI cable) and it works perfectly. GPU recognizes it as an HDMI input, even though it is connected to one of its DP 1.4 ports.
